Banded V belt is made up from Classical or Narrow belts with a strong tie band over them.
The connection layer composed by power cord and full elastic rubber, which joints each single V-belt together. It also minimizes the vibrations from the nonuniformity working of single v belts. There is a certain of vertical surface between single belts, which makes full space for the connection layer and the outer peripheral surface of the pulley. It avoids the friction between layer and pulley. And also avoids to tear the layer and can accommodate debris.

Our company currently produces common V-belts (collectively referred to as triangle belts) using the executive standard GB/T1171-2017, the narrow V-belt use implementation standard GB/T12730-2008, the joint common V-belt use implementation standard HG/T3745-2011, and the joint narrow V-belt use executive standard HG/T2819-2010,
The triangle belt is made of natural rubber, the frame is made of polyester toughened brown silk, and the outer covering is made of Industrial cotton cloth, which is dipped and calendered.
The scope of our company's three guarantees for quality includes opening layer (covering cloth layer and colloid stripping), rolling (working face turning and twisting), fracture (primer fracture).
